Hello!...just received the Bass this morn,... Oh my GOD! it's Amazing! I was a little worried because I have relatively small hands, but it plays beautifully! The Opus bass is great! I've played the bass on a number of gigs and had several people play the bass and
everyone has raved about the bass. . . . . I play it both standing, sitting on a bar stool, and sitting on a standard chair.
I've played it on a jazz gig, in the pit orchestra, Christmas parties, New Orleans jazz, and big band. It is really a joy to play, no matter what I need to play.
(I usually leave the bass on the stand in my bedroom so I can play it anytime I feel like it.) Just wanted to let you know how glad I am with the bass and
how much joy I am getting out of playing it.

should be, very professional. Upon opening, I was really taken with how beautiful the Opus is. the pictures in the pamphlets you sent just don't
capture how really pretty this instrument is. The workmanship, flawless, the overall aesthetics are striking. Now about the sound. When I first plugged
in, I set everything flat - the bass and amp (SWR California Blonde). The sound was fantastic. deep, rich - like a bass should sound. Then I ran the
stereo outputs - the holosonic pickup to the Blonde and the Arco Virtuoso Pickup to an Eden Traveler Plus hooked to a Bag End D10X-D Speaker. Huge!
The neck is alive! I couldn't be more pleased with my bass.

Very convenient and saves time and trouble for our flying dates. It has a distinctive sound with lots of sustain, like a fretless bass guitar that can be bowed.
